Plums, plums


Plenty of plums. Made a batch of Amoretto plum jam, now making an apple, plum, hazelnut conserve. Next homemade plum sauce.

About 16 cups of plums, washed and cut.

First batch, 4 cups plums, to 2 cups sugar, lemon and 1/4 Amoretto added at the end.

Apple, plum and hazelnut conserve.
